How does the cleaner get in?

When you book a clean with us, you will be able to add a note with your entry details. You can either select a time someone will be home to let the Crew member in or log in to your Dashboard > Upcoming booking, click on Options then click on Entry Information. In here, you can update your key location details as per your needs.

Please make sure that your key location and details are always updated, especially if you have a new crew-member coming in! If the crew cannot gain access to a property, the booking will be marked as a cancellation from the customer side and cancellation penalty of $40 will apply. This goes towards the cleaner for his/her loss of work and travel costs.
